This message should only appear on hacked or jailbroken phones but is currently being displayed when it should not. We are working to resolve this bug immediately and deeply apologize for any inconvenience. We will continue to update here as we progress. If you would like a direct update emailed to you as we resolve the problem, please create a ticket and we will keep you informed directly.
Once again, we are very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience. We are working as quickly as we can to repair the problem.
Many thanks for your patience and support,
Chris
[UPDATE]
We have located and corrected the problem in the application. We are now testing the new build to be certain that we have corrected it one hundred percent. As soon as we are certain that the bug is completely eradicated we will upload the new build for Apple approval. We anticipate that we will upload it to them no later than Monday morning. Once the new build has been approved for release it will be made available for download from the iTunes store as an update.
Thank you to everyone who reported this bug. We sincerely apologize for any upset or inconvenience this bug may have caused.
It is not a fix but if you would like to play with the app before the fixed version is available you can:
1. Select your "Settings" app on your iPhone
2. Choose "General"
3. Choose "International"
4. Choose "Region Format"
5. Select "United States"
• To return the phone to original Region Format, just repeat the process but select your region in the last step.
